Samaila, a distinguished and accomplished military officer commenced his military career in 1970 at the Nigerian Defence Academy and has since earned several accolades and honours amongst which are the Nigerian Defence Certificate of Education, Pass Senior Staff College (Psc+) Thesis, French Diploma from the Ecole Superiure de Guerre Interarmees, France, Fellow of the National War College.
In recognition of his professional competence and capacity, he occupied several positions of high authority while in the Nigerian military which include the following, the Provost Marshal of the Nigerian Army, the General Officer Commanding 81 Division, Lagos, the Force Commander United Nations Forces in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
He is presently a Consultant with the Peace and Security Department of the African Union in which capacity he has served the Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group (ECOMOG) and currently, the Peace Keeping Force at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Mr. Kayode Falowo - (Chief Executive Officer)
Kayode, a BSc. (Hons) Agricultural Engineering and MBA degrees holder and Diploma certificate holder in Information Management with over twenty-five years of working experience is charged with the daily administration of the Company.
Kayode is a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management,the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Nigerian-Indian Chamber of Commerce.
He is currently a member of the Technical Committee of the Bureau of Public Enterprise (BPE) and the Chairman of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria. He is also a member of the Presidential Advisory Committee on the Nigerian Capital Market.
Chief Mathew Ajayi Aderiye - (Director)
Mathew, the holder of a BSc, Cum Laude from the Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio and an MBA from the Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan both in the United States of America ,is an astute Accountant with over 34 years experience during which he rose to become the Managing Partner and Chairman, Ernst & Young (West Africa).
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Dr. Suleiman 0. Braimoh - (Director)
Suleiman obtained a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Benin in 1979, an M. Sc. and a Ph d. in Sociology in 1983 and 1985 respectively from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, United States of America.
His professional membership include the American Strategic Management Society, Strategic Planning Society of the United Kingdom, American Association for Strategic Planning, American Society for Human Resource Management, Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants, Nigerian Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (Associate Member) and the American Evaluation Association.
Dr Braimoh is currently in International Development Practice.
Barr. Tony Uponi - (Director)
Tony is a 1986 law graduate of the University of Benin who was called to the Nigerian Bar in October 1987 with a second class upper division and in 1991, added an LLM. degree (with specialization in company law) to his qualification from the University of Lagos.
He has over twenty years experience in active legal practice during which he has been appointed a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He currently heads the law firm of Tony Uponi & Co. which he founded in 1992
