Samaila began his military career in 1970 at the Nigerian Defence Academy, where he was awarded the Nigerian Defence Certificate of Education in June, 1973...
In August 1983, he moved to the Command and Staff College in Jaji – Senior Army Division. A year later he bagged a Pass Senior Staff College (Psc+) Thesis, from the College.
From 1985 to 1986, Samaila attended the Ecole Superiure de Guerre Interarmees, France – where he was awarded a Diploma in French. In 1997, Samaila proceeded to the National War College. After a thesis on the Lessons of the Rwanda Crisis of 1994, he was awarded the Fellow of the National War College in 1998. He has also attended the Citizen and Leadership Focus at the Leadership Training at Shere Hills, Jos.
Kayode Falowo

Kayode is a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Nigerian-Indian Chamber of Commerce.
He is currently a member of the Technical Committee of the Bureau of Public Enterprise (BPE), member Presidential Advisory Committee on the Nigerian Capital Market and is the immediate past Chairman of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria.
Sir Oluremi Festus Omotoso MFR, KJW,

Sir Omotoso began his career in 1971 with Lever Brothers Nigeria(now Unilever Nigeria Plc) as a mangement trainee and rose to become a board member in 1987...
He held several positions in the board and finally retired as Corporate relations Director in 1998 having spent twenty-seven(27) years at the company. He holds B.A (Hons) in Geography, a diploma in Purchasing and Supplying. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute Of Personnel Mangement and Fellow Institute Of Management and Fellow Institute Of Directors. he has attended various conferences ancn and outside the country.
He served as Direcor General/CEO of the Lagos Chamber Of Commerce and Industry from August 2005 to December 2008. Between 1998 and 2004, Sir Omotoso held the post of Group Managing Director Of Odua Investment Co. Limited. During this period, he simultaneously served as a director in Okitipupa Oil Palm Plc between the years 1997 and 1999.
He was a memeber of the Audit Committee of Lafarge WAPCO PLC from 2002 to 2008 and of the Ekiti State Economic Development Council from 2000 to 2003 and also in 2007. He is the current chairman of DN Meyer Pld and also a non-executive Director Of Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria. He was appointed a Trustee of the late Chief T.A. Odutola Estate in 2010.
Dr. Suleiman O. Braimoh
Director
Suleiman obtained a B.Sc (Honours) in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Benin in 1979. In 1983, he obtained an M.Sc in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, America.
Two years later, he bagged a Doctorate degree in Sociology from the same university. His professional memberships span the Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management and the American Evaluation Society. Presently he is the United Nations Children’s Fund (“UNICEF”) Regional Programme Planning Advisor for South Asia.
Barrister Tony Uponi
Director
Tony graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B Hons) degree from the University of Benin in 1986, and was called to Bar in October 1987. He has over the past 23 years, been fully engaged in active legal practice firstly with the firm of Umeh & Co. at Suleja-Abuja up till December 1989.
He relocated to Lagos and pursued a Postgraduate programme leading to the award to him, of a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree (with specialization in company law) from the University of Lagos during the period 1990 - 1991. Upon completion of his postgraduate programme, Mr. Tony Uponi established the Law firm of Tony Uponi & Co. where he has been the Principal Partner and Head of Chambers since 1992.
Muyiwa Ariyo
Executive Director, Investment Management
Muyiwa graduated with a B.A Philosophy from the University of Ibadan started his working career with Greenwich Trust Limited and has handled several landmark Transactions. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
He Headed the Financial Institutions unit of the Business Development Group and the Capital Issues in the Corporate Finance Group at various times. He has attended several courses packaged by the Lagos Business School and Euromoney Training, UK on Corporate Finance, Financial Modeling, Mergers and Acquisition and Initial Public Offerings.
Muyiwa is presently the Director of Administration, Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria (AIHN). He was also a Member of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria/Securities and Exchange Commission Technical Sub-Committee on the 7-Point Agenda of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He is an associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and also the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN).
Ebi Enaholo
Executive Director, Investment Banking
Ebi is the Executive Director, Investment Banking and has over 10 years experience in investment banking. He graduated with a BSc. Economics from the Ambrose Alli University. He has vast experience in Securities Analysis, Research, Information Technology, Corporate Finance and Project Finance.
He commenced his investment banking career at Partnership Investment Limited where he rose to position of Manager, Business Development and Information Technology before moving to head the Research Department of City Finance & Securities Limited (a subsidiary of City Express Bank Plc) in 2004.
He joined Greenwich Trust in 2005 and has headed the Financial Advisory unit and The Corporate Finance Group at various times. He is currently a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and has attended several domestic and international courses pertaining to Equity & Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Project Finance and Portfolio Management.
